RAU‑FIPRO® technology has already been used in aircraft construction and Formula 1; now these fiberglass composite materials are also used in window manufacturing.
The exceptionally heat‑insulating GENEO® is the most energy‑efficient window profile system currently available with an 86 mm installation depth and a thermal insulation value of k 0.8 W/(m²·K).
With GENEO® profiles you can create the most energy‑efficient windows according to your chosen class. They offer complete freedom for architects and builders when selecting windows. The system meets all energy requirements while maintaining high sound insulation and burglary resistance. With GENEO® you can produce windows with sound insulation class 5 and burglary resistance class 2 without steel reinforcement, fully utilising the unique thermal insulation properties. Using fiberglass composite material creates a fully reinforced profile structure that does not require metal reinforcement, eliminating thermal bridges. The system with a central gasket and additional thermal modules achieves insulation values suitable even for “Passive House” standards. For example, a homeowner in Germany can save up to 1341 litres of heating oil per year – around €1006 – while reducing CO₂ emissions by at least 3.5 tonnes.*

The exclusive high‑tech material RAU‑FIPRO used in GENEO® already provides unprecedented advantages in window manufacturing. Composite fiber materials meet the strict requirements of aircraft construction and Formula 1. In GENEO® they are purposefully used as the profile core, ensuring exceptional stability and torsion resistance while keeping the profile lightweight. Comparable systems with steel reinforcement are up to 40% heavier than the fully reinforced GENEO® profile. This means faster, easier and more efficient handling in production, transport and installation. The patented “Integrated Reinforcement System IVS” includes built‑in screw channels and additional cross‑walls, ensuring maximum screw retention and extremely high overall stability. All these innovations do not require new investments from manufacturers – GENEO® profiles can be processed on existing equipment using familiar processes such as welding.
